alexandra's 'happy body' fitness Plan

Love Island's Alexandra began a fitness company called the 'Happy Body Plan'. I have been seeing post after post about how amazing the workouts and diet plan are and I am so intrigued to see if it actually works. The only thing I think is that with social media you honestly don't know what's true and what's just photoshopped or put on 'for the gram' anymore so I guess there is only one way to find out.



To buy the plan it's either £19.99 in three instalments or £49.99. Seems quite reasonable depending on what you get for it I suppose and depending on whether it works. This plan is based over a course of 90 days so obviously I won't be writing a blog a day but I will keep you updated in a week or so, we look focus on how I feel, progress and see if any changes have been made in just a week. I'm not expecting anything drastic in a short space of time but have seen on social media that apparently it does make a difference.


The website is super easy to navigate and there are different exercise packs per week or if you want to mix it up you can do exercise pack 1 then 2. This week I am going to focus on the same exercises for the week and see how I get on. I do get bored quite easy so this is going to be a challenge.





Day 1

To begin I went straight to the food recipe ideas. Honestly, I'm not a fussy eater as such but there are so many foods on this menu that I just don't like at all. I will try some but there will be some meals that I will just use my own meal plan for.


I have just finished the workout and oh my gosh, for only 10 minutes I am sweee-ating. Workout one had an intensity of three bar. I was okay at the beginning until it got to the fourth exercise then you repeat. At the time I was just heavy breathing but I didn't really feel any pain (a good workout pain) in my glutes or abs so we will see how it goes. I'm not sure if maybe I was doing it wrong? There is a video to follow Alex and her fitness instructer so honestly I feel like you can't do it wrong. But day 1 has proven hard, I am goign to switch up to workout two tomorrow and see how that is.
