UPDATED** Reviewing Festive Foods

With Christmas coming there will be so many launching products such as the Greggs festive bakes, the Costa and Starbucks drinks, festive menus at restaurants even to new meal deal options. So this year I want to try as many as I can and add them to my list. So you can see my reviews I will be posting this blog LIVE but updating as I go so keep checking for updates. Greggs Pumpkin Spiced Latte

My first time trying a proper Pumpkin Spiced drink (other than the @beaniesflavouredcoffee from Home Bargains) and I still don't know how I felt about it. Mixed feelings on this one. The first touch to the lips, yum, then it turns into (sorry if this puts anyone off) cheesy toes and then it becomes nice again. It's only got a vile tangy taste for a few seconds and then it's good again but I can't work out if the tasty flavour out ways the toe taste. Just throwing it in there, not that I know what toes taste like but it's the thought of what you'd imagine they would. I would rate this a 5 out of 10.

Krispy Kreme NEW Salted Caramel Doughnuts

Krispy Kreme have recently brought out two new doughnuts and they are both Salted Caramel flavour! The one I was most intrigued to try was the Matchmakers doughnut with an actual salted caramel matchmaker on top! WHAT? I Know! So on my cheat day I went for a trip to Tesco with my fingers crossed that their salted caramel editions would be in store and I was in luck! Well they were INSANE!! My least favourite of the two was probably the matchmaker one because the other one has a bit more about it however I really couldn't fault either. I would definitely recommend. I know they weren't festive as such but salted caramel and matchmakers are more festive so seeming they were new too I just thought I had to try them. I am also hoping that closer to Christmas they will bring out some more Christmas themed ones like the Halloween ones I tried in my Halloween Snacks Reviews. I would rate the matchmaker one a 7 and the salted caramel an 8 out of 10.

Pear, Cranberry & Cinnamon Vodka

I bought this Vodka from Aldi's and honestly it is so good! I thought the flavours were quite seasonal and festive so thought it would fit in quite well with this festive food themed blog. Honestly, it's like drinking Christmas in a glass. Absolutely stunning. I paired it with lemonade but it think it would be equally as nice with coke, which is what I normally have Vodka with. You need to try this!! I would rate this an 8 out of 10.

Wetherspoons Chicken & Stuffing Burger

Yes, that's right, Wetherspoons have brought out their Christmas menu! I was so looking forward to my burger and it lived up to my excitement. It was so yummy, they gave Cranberry sauce in a pot and I added their Jack Daniel's sauce too, obviously. They also put two pigs in blankets on top of the burger, perfectly topped. I would rate a 7 out of 10.

McDonald's Celebrations McFlurry

When I seen that this Mcflurry had come out at McDonald's I was so eager to try it. Today was the day I tried it and can't fault. There were bits of different chocolate pieces and caramel sauce in the ice cream. Three words, it was yummy! I would rate it 8 out of 10.

Tesco Gluten Free Turkey and Stuffing Sandwich With Cranberry Sauce

I tried this sandwich today and OMG!! It was honestly so good, especially considering the bread was gluten free. I would definitely recommend if you want to add a little festivity into your meal deal selection. I wanted to try a festive meal deal and I was not disappointed. I would rate a 6 out of 10.

Until Next Time! X
