Healthy and Quick Breakfast Ideas

Welcome back badass babes. In today's blog I am have listed 7 breakfast ideas that are perfectly quick and easy before your day of hustling hard. These are all trialled and tested breakfast ideas by myself that I personally love.

Scrambled Egg on Toast with Chilli Flakes & Pepper

This is super easy. Make scrambled egg and add chilli flakes and pepper. I usually use one egg but if I am very hungry I will have two. Toast some bread, usually I will have two pieces of toast then enjoy.

Banana Oat Pancakes

I absolutely love these. They are perfect to trick your brain into thinking you're having a treat but actually they aren't as unheathly as you'd think. I normally serve them with berries on the side and a green tea. I get my recipe from

Overnight Oats with Blueberries

I always use 2 tbsps porridge oats for the base then 4 tbsps (approx. 100g) of fat free greek yoghurt (sometimes flavoured, sometimes plain) and then add blueberries into the top and leave overnight. I'm not a massive porridge or yoghurt fan but by far this is a bit of me! Worth a try. You can get many different recipes and ideas online.

Green Goddess Smoothie

This is one of my favourite smoothie recipes so it has become a regular and it fills me up for the morning with a snack later on in the morning. I get my recipe from BBC Good Food.

Egg Muffins

You can get these from pretty much every shop, the breakfast muffins and then scrambled, fry or poach an egg and put it in between the muffin pieces. Yum.
